Q: If I have my own “fill in the blank” Subcontractor, will you work with them?
A: Building a home is a type of manufacturing process, although the factory happens to be on-site. Our goal is to maintain tight controls over the inputs to achieve the best result. For that reason, we only use our existing trade partners. When we do occasionally hire new trade partners, we spend weeks vetting new candidates, ensuring they have sound financial and risk management practices, and then onboarding them as new partners.
