Taylor started building high-end homes because he enjoys solving unique design challenges for each individual client. Taylor is a third-generation Home Builder and Developer, he started working in the construction industry at a young age and founded Willhoit Construction, Inc. in 2005.

As the founder and president, Taylor’s focus, drive, and intricate knowledge of construction methods and techniques is an invaluable resource to Willhoit Construction’s clients.

His passion and dedication to unique design, distinguished attention to detail, and exceptional service has earned him a flawless reputation as a superior custom home builder. Building custom homes that push the edge of the industry is a perfect fit.

After building homes for nearly 15 years, Taylors’s philosophy remains the same: build clients’ homes as if they were your own and build them to last for generations.

Kaitlin Willhoit

Kaitlin was born and raised in Laguna Beach, California. She graduated from Chapman University in 2013 and joined Taylor to manage the business side of Willhoit Construction.

In addition to managing the business, Kaitlin oversees all project financials and provides clients with detailed monthly billings to ensure our clients always know where they stand budget-wise. Throughout the build, she maintains all subcontractor invoices and vendor accounts, of which we have an open-book policy for our client's review.

Julian Donis

Project Manager/ Field Carpenter

Julian has been with Willhoit Construction for over 10 years, he has a passion for construction and he closely follows the latest building techniques and methods. Learning literally from the ground up and working with the best in the business, he has assiduity for detail and a discerning eye for fine craftsmanship.

Andres Donis

Project Manager/ Field Carpenter

Andres grew up in the construction industry. From pushing a broom on job sites to performing detailed finish carpentry, Andres has trade experience in many diverse aspects of the building process. His many years of experience and attention to detail ensures that a job is well done.

Dawson Rosenberg

Project Coordinator

Dawson grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Laguna Beach right after graduating college from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2020.

Dawson joined Willhoit Construction in 2021, as a Project Coordinator, he is responsible for ensuring a smooth build process for clients by making sure the homeowners, designers, and project managers are all privy to the latest finish details and design selections.
