REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Purpose: The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is used to evaluate the capacity, experience, and financial strength of subcontractors prior to establishing new subcontractors’ relationships.

SUBCONTRACTOR PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Purpose: Pay applications ensure subcontractor payments are made on a percentage-of-completion basis against mutually executed contract items. The pay application simplifies the approval process for Willhoit Construction so that it can pay its Subcontractors on quicker terms.
Deadlines: Subcontractors shall submit pay applications on a monthly basis. Subcontractors may include work completed through the last day of the calendar month. Please email pay applications to billing@willhoitconstruction.com
Forms: Subcontractors may prepare pay applications using the Willhoit Construction forms (find at links below), or Subcontractors’ own equivalent forms.
Application and Certification for Payment (ACP Form): The ACP form certifies the total subcontract price, work completed, payments received, and payment requested. A signed ACP form must be provided for each pay application.

Additional Work: Additional work must be approved by a change order and signed by both the subcontractor and Willhoit Construction.
